Every jar holds a little world
Terradoodles began with a single glass bowl, a handful of moss, and a big idea: that everyone deserves a piece of the forest on their desk.
Today, from our studio in Velachery, Chennai, we handcraft self-sustaining closed terrariums, sculptural open terrariums, and one-of-a-kind custom builds for gifts, weddings and workspaces. Each piece is layered by hand — drainage, charcoal, soil, story — and comes with a simple care guide so your tiny ecosystem thrives for years.

Questions, answered
With the right light and an occasional misting, a closed terrarium is self-sustaining and can thrive for years — some of ours are five years old and counting. Every piece ships with a simple care card.
Yes! We ship pan-India in our custom shockproof packaging. Plants are secured, glass is cushioned, and we share care instructions for unboxing day. Chennai orders can also be hand-delivered.
Unbox it on video and if anything is amiss, send us the clip within 24 hours — we'll replace the plants or the piece. It almost never happens, but you're covered.
Closed terrariums: bright indirect light and a light misting every few weeks. Open terrariums: a small pour of water every 10–14 days. No green thumb required.
Absolutely. We host private groups at our Velachery studio and travel to offices, schools and events across Chennai. Tell us your group size through the enquiry form.
Custom builds are our favourite — themed scapes, wedding favours, corporate gifts, memorial gardens. Share your idea and budget, and we'll sketch a concept for you.
